If you want to make sure that all employees always create blog posts using templates, follow these steps.
Usage
Just activate the "Enforce template usage" switch in the Confluence Administration. With this setting, your employees will have to create blog posts using templates.
Enforce template usage deactivated
Result: The option to create a normal blog is still visible.
Enforce template usage activated
Result
The option to create a normal blog (without using a template) is now hidden.
