With Confluence Administrator permission, you can define which language macros are available to the users.
The administration interface also gives you an overview of

which Language Packages are installed and
-
which available Language Packages are not installed.
Disable and enable language macros
Go to the administration at System > Translations for Confluence.
To disable a language macro, simply click the "Disable" button.
To enable a specific language macro, click the "Enable" button.
Disable or enable all language macros at once
With the two buttons on top of the list, you are able to disable or enable all macros at once.
Disabling or enabling all macros may take a few seconds.
