Request Participants Out-of-Office Detection
The Request Participants feature extends the Out of Office Sync for Jira and Microsoft app to automatically detect when users added to the "Request participants" field in Jira Service Management (JSM) are currently out-of-office. This helps prevent assigning work to unavailable team members.
Overview
When you add participants to a JSM issue, the app automatically checks their Microsoft Outlook status and displays a warning flag if any of the newly added participants are out-of-office. This works similarly to the existing assignee out-of-office detection but specifically for the JSM "Request participants" field.
