Why do I get "You need to log in to Confluence…" in my tabs?

Issue

If you receive the message “You need to log in to Confluence to view Knowledge Base articles.” instead of the tab content, there is an issue with your browser cookies.

Solution

Please ensure you don’t block all third-party cookies. For Atlassian products to run smoothly, the following sites always need to have cookies allowed.
