This macro has a different behaviour with confluence versions prior 5.3.1 and since 5.3.1.

Since Confluence 5.3.1 and Enterprise Theme 3.3.0 , a create button is rendered, to open the create dialog.

Displays a button in theme style to add a page or a blogpost.
