How to create a Confluence Support ZIP

Sometimes our support will ask you to send a Support ZIP to clarify your request.

  • You need to be an administrator to create a Support ZIP.

  • Support ZIPs can only be created on Server and Data Center instances.


Confluence, Jira and Bitbucket

  1. Please follow the instructions on the official Atlassian help: Create a Support Zip

  2. Attach the ZIP file to your open support ticket. You can use drag&drop or upload the file as an attachment.

  3. If the file is too large, please let us know and we will send you a link to a file share.



Communardo Support ZIP

If your issue is about a specific Communardo app, please use the Communardo support ZIP.

  2. Attach the ZIP file to your open support ticket.
