Issue
In the data export , the entries in “Content Title” are listed as “Protected Content” and “Space Key” as “Protected Space”.
Cause
If the page title is displayed as “Protected Content”, the user who created the export of a Viewtracker report is not allowed to view that information.
If a user does not have permission to view the reports and their exports, we do not disclose any details to protect sensitive data.
Resolution
If you wish to have a complete report, ask a Viewtracker administrator to create and share the export.
Note: It is also possible that a company has decided not to grant view permission to admins in the Viewtracker settings. So, even for the admins, that content might not be listed with its page title or space key.
