→ see Source Tracking

Due to technical differences between Confluence On-premise and Cloud, integrations are more difficult. If Atlassian allows source tracking in the future, we will be happy to implement it.

  • check mark Views from Scroll Sites can be tracked as of summer 2023.

  • Views of Confluence pages via JSM (Jira Service Management) Knowledge Base are tracked in the view total. On Cloud, it cannot be attributed whether the view was generated through Confluence or JSM. Accordingly, Cloud reports cannot be filtered by views only generated through JSM.
