Symptoms
Viewtracker doesn't display a graph on pages, and the built-in reporting doesn't display a graph. Sorting in the Reporting doesn't work as expected and more does not display any more entries.
The following message can be found in the application log atlassian-confluence.log.
Recurring Confluence log entry:
An SQLException was provoked by the following failure: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Timestamp format must be yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss[.fffffffff]
Cause
It's a problem with the used JDBC driver jTDS and the driver should be upgraded.
Resolution
Confluence 6.4 or later comes with a bundled JDBC Driver for SQL Server by Microsoft itself. You can use this driver instead.
