You can export configuration files and other useful information about your Viewtracker installation for troubleshooting or as a historical snapshot. Our support team may ask you to provide the Viewtracker Support ZIP file when you raise a support request.
Confluence Administrators can create the Viewtracker Support ZIP file by accessing ⚙ → Analytics Cockpit → Support and clicking the button "Download ZIP".
Space Administrators can create the Support ZIP by accessing ⚙ → Analytics Cockpit → Support and clicking the button "Download ZIP".
